When i use Pinnicle Studio Plus editing software my clips are broken why?

so i film sims 2 movies which involves a buch of little clips and when im editing my movies only certain videos show up but the others have like a black screen and don’t work and say on the side of the clip… error opening then if i leave then come back they come back but then leave again…how can i fix this?

well first go see if your OS is working right try this go to run and type in cmd and click OK then in the dos command window type in sfc /scannow and run the system file checker ” part of windows” if you get errors then you have a broken os fix the OS first then move on to why the program you have is giving you troubles. once the os is working/ if not i have video you can use to make windows XP self repair. contact me howdoidothis01@yahoo.com. I have not had good luck with pinnacle and i have tried that and others and i have found windows movie maker a good basic program that works. i have found with most DVD / Video Software the issues arise when you try to do video and sound at the same time. you may want to try to create your video put in all the effects and titles, transitions etc. then create the video, then reopen the program and import the video file then layer in the music on movie maker if you don’t have a large video it seems to work ok with out the layering. any way give this a try if you still need help contact me.
