Remotely setting up a printer from a host to a remote pc.?

How can i have something printed from a computer at work come out at the printer at home??

well you would have to access the pc at work , move the file from
the pc at work to the pc at home ( such as a word file ) and then print it

you can not print a file siting on your work pc to your home pc
with out moving the file like i stated or having a Terminal Server set up and your pc sitting in the domain ( doubt that you do )
