Anyone can tell me the best graphics editing software which is easiest to use ?

Can you tell me about a good graphics editing software which is easy to learn by myself ? Thanks !!

I can’t dispute that the Gimp is a very good free program.
I don’t use it myself but from various answers given it is not easy to learn.
The four I’ve suggested all have the same basic editing functions but their operation is slightly different. One might suit you more than another.
Which is easiest depends on your ability to learn.
