How do I get the HQ clip art on my Microsoft office?

My father has the same version of Microsoft office as me (2000) but for some reason when I use his and I click on clip art it comes up with a search bar that finds tons of photos but the one on mine has just a bunch of categories with very few photos. How do I get his? Do I download something?

No you have to go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/clipart/default.aspx and “download” these pictures in your computer and they will be in you Microsoft Pictures or something like that.
