Where can I find some answers about my Event Planner on my Hallmark Comedy Card Studio 2,?

It is a very old Software Program and Sierra doesn’t support it any more. I lost the Event Planner part of it when we had an electrical problem. I am able to get into the card part of the program but not the Event Planner. The planner is the only thing I used. It has all my names, addresses & birthdays in it. I tried to back it up once but it didn’t seem to have a way to do that. I tried calling, going online, uninstalling, reinstalling. Please help. It comes up with a Runtime error everytime I go into it. I tried the directions to correct it but they didn’t work.

They probaby store all the data in some kind of proprietary database file. The only suggestion I have for you is to look through the files in the the Program FilesSierraHallmark Card StudioEvent Planner folder (or something like that). Take a look at all the files using notepad. Most of it will be nonsensicle gibberish, but you may find that one of the files has the names and addresses stored in it. Once you locate this file, you’ll have to go through and manually extract all the information from it. I recommend using outlook express to store all your addresses.
