How does someone get a copyright to the Vargas Girls Art Collection?

The Vargas Girls are already copyrighted, you would have to purchase it from the current owners, which I believe are Vargas’ publishers (Playboy/Hugh Hefner).

given their popularity, it would be an expensive purchase.
